Ryleigh Patterson stands at the intersection of athletics and leadership as a middle blocker for Harvard University’s women’s volleyball team. Majoring in Government with aspirations toward law and global business, Ryleigh blends intellect and athleticism to inspire women to lead both on and off the court.
She is the founder of “Women Who Lead,” an initiative dedicated to empowering young women to pursue careers in government, policy, and executive leadership. Beyond volleyball, Ryleigh advocates for education, self-confidence, and cultural pride—championing the idea that young Black women belong in every room of power and influence.
Ryleigh’s voice, story, and presence continue to position her as one of the next great ambassadors for women’s sports and academic excellence.
